TRIMDON GRANGE FAMILY FUN DAY
(CELEBRATION OF PLAY)

 A Big Thank you to Durham County Council Neighbourhood Budget, East Durham Rural Corridor Area Action Partnership, County Councillors Lucy Hovvels and Peter Brookes, Durham County Council, Parish Councils, Durham County Council, Northern Gas Networks, The Sedgefield District Relied in need Charity, for working in partnership and funding Trimdon Grange Family Fun Day (Celebration of Play).

It was great watching everyone having FUN… The event was inclusive and all activities were free. A parent quoted: “Brill day something for everyone”

The event on Wednesday 4th August was officially opened for Cllr Mac Williams JP, Chairman of Durham County Council, and Pauline Adams, the Chairman’s Lady, who both took time out to browse the stalls and meet performers and visitors.

Then the FUN started with lots of activities provided by:-

East Durham Play & Community Network organised a take your pick stall and also a raffle, lots of fantastic prizes were won.

Michelle from Café Seile had gorgeous cakes and scones for sale, you just had to buy some to try.
