Health trainer drop in with Jamie change your lifestyle 3.00-4.00pm (Pioneering Care Partnership)
Spring bulb planting Galbraith Terrace (24th Oct only) 10.30am back to centre for hot choc & marshmallows
Gentle exercise 7 weeks (starting 31st Oct) 10.00-11.00am

Puppet making workshops (Trimfest 25th Oct only) 10.30am and 1.30pm
Puppet theatre Black Cats performance (25th Oct only) 5.00-5.45pm – £2 or free if attended puppet workshops

FUTURE ACTIVITIES

Over 50s – Its finally here!! We have been successful in securing funding to start an over 50s group on a Friday morning as from 8th September 10am till 12 noon followed by a hot meal, great opportunity to get out and socialise, have a go at a new craft and have a hot meal afterwards – we hope to combat loneliness and social isolation – please come along to this or encourage anyone you may know to attend.

The Pioneering Care Partnership based at Trimdon Grange Community Centre; Tuesdays to Thursdays – Jamie the Health Trainer – pop in for a friendly chat about anything, could be help to stop smoking, healthy living, mental health, changes to your lifestyle, fit for life testing etc.. anything!! Walking club have a stroll around Trimdon and its lovely walking areas, meet new friends for an hour and get fit

Trimfest have a huge amount of activities across the 3 Trimdons starting Friday 20th October, including puppet making, Black Cat workshops, live music – check out Trimdon Times website for all the information

Macmillan Coffee morning – thank you for coming along – we raised £131.00

WE are looking to host Healthy Parks, Healthy people project starting with a family cookery session Monday, Wednesday or Thursday – this is aimed at adults with young children, users of foodbank, or people struggling on their own for ideas. Please let us know if you would like to attend and what dates, times are suitable

HALLOWEEN PARTY!! SATURDAY OCTOBER 28TH 5-7PM £1.00 per child, refreshments, disco, party games, etc.

Volunteers desperately needed! You may have noticed a lot of work going on recently and apologise for any inconvenience. We have a brand new heating system, complete rewire and the new secure fencing and lighting – this has all been managed by DCC and our voluntary committee and friends. If you can help out in anyway, looking for funding, health & safety and policies – then please please get in touch – keep the centre busy and use it, its YOURS, or just have new ideas/activities that you would like to see on in the centre and can help out with ..check out our new website – www.trimdongrangecommunitycentre.org.uk
