Boogie Some More
Free sessions for 7 weeks starting Friday 28th April 2017
Here at Trimdon Grange Community Centre!
Our new Boogie Some More classes are a great way to have fun and get moving with your little ones. Enjoy dancing and singing in a fun informal class while helping your child to develop physical, language and social skills.
Session: 1 hour 30 mins (per week) Time: 10-11.30am
The classes are for adults and their children: approx. 18 months to 3/4 years.

* 1-1 Private Tuition in Gymnastics & Dance

Friday

DurhamWorks – came along to our older youth session on Wednesday April 19th 7-9pm, but the attendance was poor, along with the Royal Navy and Livin to talk about apprenticeships, CVs, what to do next?  This can help anyone aged 15/16 – 24 year old out of work or looking for a new job or advice with benefits – tel: Yvette 07786 361256 or email: Yvette.taylor@groundwork.org.uk

The Pioneering Care Partnership are based at Trimdon Grange Community Centre; Monday, 9.30-4pm – Jamie the Health Trainer – pop in for a friendly chat about anything, could be help to stop smoking, healthy living, mental health, changes to your lifestyle, fit for life testing etc.. anything!! Walking club have a stroll around Trimdon and its lovely walking areas, meet new friends for an hour and get fit

Over 50s – We are hoping to start a Friday morning group for the Over 50s, come along learn a new craft and have a hot meal afterwards, combat loneliness and social isolation – watch out for this!!

Volunteers desperately needed!  You may have noticed a lot of work going on recently and apologise for any inconvenience.  We have a brand new heating system, complete rewire and the new secure fencing and lighting – this has all been managed by DCC and our voluntary committee and friends.  If you can help out in anyway,  looking for funding, health & safety and policies – then please please get in touch – keep the centre busy and use it,  it’s YOURS, or just have new ideas/activities that you would like to see on in the centre and can help out with ..check out our new website – www.trimdongrangecommunitycentre.org.uk
