Information Update 13th August 2014

In the early hours of Friday 25th July 2014 a burglary occurred at Woodlea, Low Hogg Street, Trimdon Colliery. As a result of information provided by members of the public a male was arrested later the same morning and has been charged with the burglary. This male is now subject to a curfew pending his court appearance.

In the early hours of Saturday 26th July 2014 a burglary occurred in Park Road, Trimdon Colliery. Taken from this property amongst other items were two guitars and two lap tops. Anyone with any information in relation to this incident or anyone who may have been offered these items to buy please contact us ASAP. Please quote incident number DHM 26072014 – 0168.

Between 21:45 28/07/2014 and 06:30 29/07/2014 a Nissan Qashqai has been damaged whilst parked on a driveway in Willow Drive Trimdon Village. Person unknown have walked around the vehicle whilst pouring a corrosive liquid over all panels of the parked vehicle causing extensive damage. At this stage the victims cannot provide any motive for the damage to the vehicle, anyone with any information in relation to this crime please contact us and quote DHM-29072014-0058.#respectyourstreet

Motorbikes
Although there are a lot of legitimate riders of road legal motocross bikes we are after information of those who should not be riding around the streets and surrounding fields.
If you know of addresses in your street that you regularly see people coming from, riding around causing both a nuisance and danger to other members of your community, then please let us know.
