Information Update – 12th July 2012

Overnight 12/07/2012 a shed burglary occurred at Roseberry Road Trimdon Village. The lock was forced from the shed and approximately 15 birds have been taken. Numerous other less valuable/popular birds have been left in their cages. It would appear that whoever is responsible has had knowledge of what birds to take and where they were stored.
Birds taken were: 6 black hooded red Siskins, 2 Parson Finches, 2 Bichenos finches and 5 Bengalese finches. The value of the birds taken is approximately £500.
All birds were red tagged with the initials JBO 12 and were individually numbered; a black bird cage was taken to transport the birds from the scene. Anyone with any information please contact
