July 22nd to August 19th 2016
We are going to run a Summer Holiday Programme for Children and Young People. This is supported by Trimdon Parish Council, Durham County Council, County Durham Foundation, East Durham Rural Corridor AAP and the management committees from the 3 organisations. The sessions will run from Trimdon Grange Community Centre Week beginning 25th July and Trimdon Community College Week beginning the 1st and 8th of August, on the Monday of each of those weeks sessions will take place at Trimdon Village Hall
We are offering a mixture of on site and off site activities. All of the on-site youth sessions run from 10 until 2. Children will have 2 snack/tuck breaks and a 30 minute break for lunch please provide a packed lunch each day and if you wish money for tuck. All Sessions will be £1.50 per day and there may be a small additional charge for specialist instructors/sessions
All offsite activities will be offered at 50% of the total actual cost for your children and these need to be paid for prior to your child attending the activity. . However if it is to be a substantial amount we can take it on a week by week basis as long as it is paid on the Friday prior to the week of activities. We reserve the right to cancel an event if not sufficient numbers and your child may not be guaranteed a place if the spaces fill up quickly.
Please read the form and any additional information and then tick the box of the sessions your child will be attending. Please check that the activities are relevant for the age of your child before booking. You will then need to sign the medical and photographic consent form and return to one of the 3 centres. If you have any questions or queries please contact 01429881521 and ask for Donna, Annette or Terri. Alternatively if you attend TGCC or TVH you may want to contact Pamela or Victoria first.
