Appeals for Information
At 18:20hrs on Tuesday the 2nd of June 2015 a road rage type incident occurred on Salters Lane Sedgefield involving a motor vehicle and pedal cyclist.

The cyclist has then been followed and was assaulted in Rowan Oval Sedgefield, the cyclist sustained minor injuries. The male suspect is described as stocky build 5`8 black hair approx 40 years possibly wearing light khaki pants and a dark blue shirt. The suspect was driving a Blue Ford Escort or similar… vehicle with a possible registration of E06 NGO.

Over the weekend a garage burglary has occurred in Rothbury Close Trimdon Grange. Stolen were some power tools, this offence is potentially linked to and attempted burglary at a garage block at the rear of nearby South View. On this occasion no entry was made and nothing was stolen however damage was caused to the lock on the garage, anyone with any information into these incidents please contact us.

At approximately 22:00hrs – 18/05/2015 extensive damage has been caused to fencing and gates of Holdforth Farm on the A177between Fishburn and Bishop Middleham. An unknown vehicle has gone through the gates and fence and has been on the farm land and left leaving the damaged fencing. Anyone who has any information in relation to this incident please contact us and quote DHM19052015-330

Between 09:30 17/05/2015 and 13:15 20/05/2015 a burglary has occurred at Sedgefield Cricket Club. Offenders have driven onto the site and then entered a storage shed via the roof. A petrol strimmer and small quantity of fuel was taken, damage was caused to the shed.
