On Tuesday October 10th children from Trimdon Village Infant and Nursery School visited ‘Tremeduna’ care home to present their Harvest assembly. This was warmly received by the elderly members of our community. The school has donated approximately £300 for Tremeduna’s Christmas celebrations. Monies raised by a ‘sponsored sweet suck’ |

TODAY the Learning Library visits people of all ages living in the Wear Valley, Sedgefield, Teesdale and Easington districts of County Durham. WE employ Outreach Workers who are responsible for their own area –Christine visits members living in the Trimdons every week. She would bring a selection of toys and equipment for you to choose from and then return in 6 - 8 weeks time with a different choice. We have a wide range of toys and specialist equipment, for example musical instruments, computer software, construction, educational games, outdoor items, bubble tubes and fibre-optics etc. If we haven’t got what you would like, just ask and if funding allows, we will buy it for you to borrow.
