Yoga is one of the best tools we can use in the fight against mental health conditions; it can help us cope with chronic pain, sleep loss, anxious thoughts and gives us such a great feeling of calm and relaxation.

Classes are gentle and suitable for all ages with lots of opportunity to relax, whilst focussing on gentle stretching and building strength both physically and emotionally.
If mobility is a problem for you, then come along and make some new friends at our weekly sociable chair yoga class; you can stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards!
