BETH DONALDSON FROM TRIMDON MAKES NATIONAL SQUAD

Following on from her success in 2006 she became North of England Level 2 Champion in March
2007 and then competed at Liverpool where she passed the Level 2 National grade coming 11th
overall. There were only 14 in the UK who passed this grade. She then had to travel to Gloucester in June to compete in the Level 2 Voluntary competition where she once again came 11th. The two scores from these competitions are then added together and the girls are given a ranking and Beth is now ranked 9th in the UK in her age group.

Beth also competed at Newcastle in June this year where she won the gold medal to become the
North of England Elite champion 11 & under.

Due to her success this year she has now been selected to train with the Great Britain Start Squad which means she will be travelling to various training camps working with the National coaches.
