ENDEAVOUR TRAINING IN TRIMDON

 Home Page

skillsA new project is due to start in the Trimdons that is aiming to engage 14 – 24 year olds and result in either a qualification or positive outcome; the organisation running the project is called Endeavour, and they have been a registered charity for over fifty years.

The main premise of Endeavour is to work with young people and to engage those young people using a range of activities like climbing, canoeing, walking, sports etc…

The project in Trimdon has a number of activities planned to try and engage young people between the age of 14 – 24, some of the activities include a five-a-side tournament, bush craft and survival skills, allotment work, hair and beauty workshops, climbing etc…

Young people in the area will be able to gain a qualification and will receive guidance on seeking employment or further developing their existing skills.
