TRIMDON UNITED JUNIORS FC
On Sunday’s 9th and 16th July 2006 Trimdon United Juniors Football Club hosted their annual, TARKA Sponsored, football tournaments at Trimdon Community College. With 81 teams, from as far a field as Newcastle and Richmond and international guests from California, USA, competing over the two days activities around the events were hectic to say the least.

footy2As usual the standard of play from all teams involved was absolutely superb with all players showing a sporting attitude whilst trying their very best at all times. The tournament winners are as follows:
Under 9’s Hartlepool St. Francis 2000 B
Under 10’s Seaton Carew A
Under 11’s Pallister Park Primary School, Middlesbrough
Under 12 Girls California Girls, Middlesbrough
Under 13’s Hartlepool Warriors
Under 14’s Hartlepool St. Francis 2000 B
Under 16’s Spennymoor United

footy1The Football Club would like to offer our thanks to everyone who supported the events; our main sponsor’s TARKA Limited, who once again provided trophies and medals for all age groups, The Staff and volunteers at Trimdon Community College, Ground staff for two excellent sets of pitches, Club parents and players for their excellent work on stalls, car parking, and pitch preparations and last but not least to the parents and players of all clubs involved for contributing to two most enjoyable days.
If there are any budding footballers out their who would be interested in joining the club please note that we run training sessions for Under 9’s, Under 10’s, Under 11’s, Under 12’s, Under 12’s Girls, Under 13’s, Under 14’s, Under 15’s and Under 18’s please

PLAY AND STAY AT TRIMDON LIBRARYchild1
Children’s activities at Trimdon Library during the summer.
Stay and Play sessions every Tuesday morning 10:15 to 11:45 am
starting Tuesday 25th July through to Tuesday 29th August.
Sessions include Toy Library, songs and Rhymes and craft activities.
Sessions are suitable for children aged 5 and under.

Trimdon Library on 880 433.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
