Today Juniors u10s were away to leven on a fairly sloped uncut farmers field the boys showed some great stuff from go to attack going up bank they had rongive it all and abit more we had shots wide over the bar we looked fairly comfortable all over the field but then finding ourselves go behind we replied in a perfect response to there's and going in at half time i believe was 4-3 it was pretty much end to end goals flying in it should of played in our favour going down bank 2nd half but it was a game of 2 halves and we came out defeated 7-5 as it was a cup game we will be prepared for there league visit in coming weeks.
Well deserved and Well taken goals
Ollie 2
Callum 2
And a special mention to William Dove who has been with our club no longer than 2 month and has given 110% and more everytime in training and more so in matches was rewarded with his 1st goal for our club not bad at all for playing a year above well done William, and a well done to Callum Fletcher opposition M.O.M.
A complete shake around in the 2nd game against similar opposition again we were defeated only by 3 goals to nil but again everyone involved getting stuck in. I hope everyone had a great Sunday morning.

U12s traveled to defending cup winners Darlington Quakers today in the first round of the cup. A very tough game for the lads but for the first 15/20 min we more than held our own, however Darlington took the lead with a very well worked goal then followed up shortly after with a second. Our lads did fight and push to get back into the game but at this level mistakes do get punished wich gave Darlington a 3-0 lead at half time.
We made a few changes and sent the lads back out to battle but we were caught out at the start of the second half again. A few minutes late we did pull a goal back with some gritty work at the back that saw a great ball put through to Lennon Goodrum who superbly finished. Again mistakes cost us and we were punished by a very very good team. The boys will learn from this and move onto next week, there was some positives to take from the game, final score I believe 7-1 to Darlington.

Trimdon we’re away to Norton in the cup today our opponents were a league above us and in the early stages there was not much between the teams with both teams playing some neat passes but Norton quickly hit us with a long ball in behind and went 1.0 up it would soon be 2 when another ball got slotted in behind us and they finished well and the lead would soon be 3 when Norton were awarded a penalty for hand ball we created a couple of quick chances which we failed to convert and we were punished a further twice and would go in 5.0 Down at half time the half was never a 5.0 half but a lack of work rate for the last 5 mins was a concern , a bit of a rocket at half time and a honest talk around work rate and we flew out of the traps for the 2nd half we pushed Norton back and Ellis looked dangerous every time he had the ball and following a driving run he squared the ball for Layton to get a debut goal we soon added a second when Matt won a 50/50 and Ellis then put a lovely ball in behind for Jay to slam home past the keeper 5.2 and the boys were hungry for it yes we had a few scares when Norton hit the post but we added a 3rd when Ellis went past players with ease and slotted past the keeper Norton then got a nice goal when they took a throw into the edge of the box and the 10 volleyed home to make it 6.3 we added a 4th when Ellis swang a corner in and Jay slammed home at the back post we hit the bat through Liam from a free kick and the Norton keeper produced a great save from an Ellis header the game would end 6.4 but the positives from the second half were superb with all of the lads geared up and willing to fight for each other we named a MOTM for the 1st half Alfie Nielsen and the second half was Ellis everyone of the lads wants to be proud of that second half performance and the attitude from that is what we want every week

Swalwell 3-2 Trimdon - county cup.
Trimdon played excellent today against a side who play in the premier league. Everyone on the team played there part worked hard and played some great football. Lennon king back in the team after a few month out through injury you’d think he had never been away some fantastic saves from Billy Heaviside we could of won it we just need to be a little more clinical in front of goal. A great game to watch. Well done to all proud of you all. Fantastic effort. ⚽️⚽️

Under 15s started their season with a 5 2 defeat at home to North Ormesby.
Both sets of lads played some lovely football but Trimdon could not convert their possession into goals and found themselves 3 0 down at half-time.
The lads conceded quickly after half time but rallied well and scored two goals through Hennessey and Bradley but were then caught on the break as they pushed for a third.
A good game, disappointing to lose, but very proud of the lads performance well done everyone see you at training on Friday proud as always cheers Ian

Lads swung the game in the second half and only with missed chances that we prob lost lads battled from 4 0 and other teams might of crumbled but we battled and won the second half 3 1 let's take the second half of our game in to future games and we will win more than lose I think . 1st game back and it's a derby both teams started well with some good end to end football we got a free kick 10 mins in and debutant Ollie stamper delivered a lethal shot in the top corner putting us 1 up and then the visitors equalised the 2nd half was as good as the 1st chances were missed on another day could of went in the never give up attitude of my boys seen us come out winners 5-3 well deserved hatrick for Ollie and 2 for Callum Fletcher opposituon M.O.M went to Ollie for a great debut and a terrific hatrick in the development game this game was a tougher contest loosing 5-1 still showing some good football and 100%commitment a very well done to all.

The lads played their 1st game in division 3 today away to Marton Blues, The lads hit the ground running and were playing some lovely chances creating chance after chance only for some great saves to deny them but the break through came when Liam launched a long throw into the box Matt took a great touch and beat the keeper with a great finish , 1 became two when we worked a corner into the box and Jay took a shot and a deflection beat the keeper a 3rd would quickly come when Ellis got the goal his hard work deserved we then made a flurry of subs but the tempo did not drop and Matt hit a shot from 20yards out which was far to strong for the GK to keep out 4 then became 5 when Kye set a quick move away from a quick ball and Jay flicked on for Kieron to get a shot away the Gk saved but Kieron would finish the rebound a 6th was added when Ellis hit a cross which would deflect past the Gk for a 6.0 lead at half time
The second half started with Marton looking to apply pressure but they could not handle us attacking we added a 7th when dean hit a volley to finish well an 8th was added when Mason F got on the end of a cross and beat his man to the ball the 9th was finished by Mason L who’s tireless work rate deserved a goal and he got his rewards finishing well Marton pulled 2 quick goals back to make it 9.2 before we saw Ellis complete his hat trick when he went past 3 players and beat the keeper at his front post the scoring was completed when keegan calmly side footed into the bottom corner from just inside the box a great start to the season Today’s MOTM was Matt who lead by example on the pitch and was at the heart of the majority of today’s goals

First game of the season the big derby, Trimdon juniors 5-3 Trimdon United. First half juniors started the stronger team going 1 up with a great strike off the bar only go in off frankie, we then started to get into the game pulling 1 back to end the half 1-1. 2nd half again juniors started stronger going 3-1 up. We dug deep pulling it back to 3-3, we started to really get into the game going for the win but a couple of decisions which am not gonna rant about resulting in juniors winning 5-3, it happens in football. Well done to all a great game to watch. Goals Bailey 2, Zak. MOTM Zak. Development game United won 5-2 another good game to watch. 👏⚽️

Trimdon United U11s RFYL started the New Season by playing at Home (Trimdon) against Crook Town Pumas. We started off well by getting 2 quick goals then Crook Town came back and made it level shortly after. Crook Town then scored there 3 goal. We then seemed to struggle up until half time. With a good talk at half time we then went back on the pitch and turned the game around with goals coming from Callum Fletcher 5 Carson Owens 2 Quinn Mosley 2. They completely dominated the game and were fierce all the way through the 2nd half by not letting Crook Town through in our half.
Final Score Trimdon United 9 Crook Town 3
A great game to watch so proud of all the players for there hard effort this morning.
Opposition M. O. T. M Jack Bolwer
