Please note: if your search includes a word or phrase that is also in the navigation menu on the left (e.g. ‘Local Articles’) the results returned will include all pages in that section, simply because those words appear on every page in that section !! Search options: By default, this search operates under the assumption that you want the results to show pages that contain all the search words. e.g., if you enter [ trimdon times ] you will be shown all pages with trimdon and times anywhere on the page. ( without the [ ] )
If you want to search for a name or phrase, enclose the phrase in quotes as such: “trimdon times” This will show all pages that contain the phrase trimdon times.
For example, a search for: [ "trimdon times" website search ] Will only return results that contain the exact phrase "trimdon times" and the words website and search.
If you would like to pick only results that don't contain a certain keyword, you may do so by using the subtraction operator. For example: a search for: [ "trimdon juniors" -lost ] Will only return pages that contain the phrase trimdon juniors but do not contain the word lost.
Using OR, the user can specify certain sets of words, of which only one set has to have all of its search words found. For example, a search for: [ trimdon OR times ] Will return results that contain trimdon, times, or both.
Search the Photo Galleries Here you can search through names or text comments on the photo gallery pages. A positive result will take you to the INDEX for that particular gallery, not the specific page. Sorry, it’s just the way the photo galleries are arranged!
