Over the past weeks it has come to police attention that possible bogus roofing contractors are working the area. The company is known as NORTH EAST ROOFING CONTRACTORS they are using a blue Escort van S463 UGV. The occupants are not known to police and it is believed they will request high amounts of cash for work they will not complete or even start. The vehicle may also be connected to a recent burglary in Trimdon Village.
