An outdoor extravaganza for all the family comes to Trimdon Village which will see live music and entertainment as part of Durham’s annual BRASS festival.

Big Brass Bash comes to TrimdonBig BRASS Bash, which takes place on Wednesday 15 July between 6pm and 9pm, will see Leeds-based Hope and Social team up with Yorkshire’s New York Brass Band perform at Trimdon Community College Association, Trimdon Junior School.

The collaboration will see them come to Trimdon Village as part of the Big BRASS Bash tour which will see the bands perform across the county. They’re also planning to premiere a very special song at the event as the two bands look to write a new song everyday to add to their sets.

Completing the line-up are boundary-pushing Italian street band Bandakadabra, and Les Traine-Savates who will bring a little funk to the party all the way from France.

Bring a picnic, some deckchairs and prepare to party at this fantastic free event – find out more about the Trimdon event here or see the full programme of events for BRASS 2015 at www.brassfestival.co.uk
